Welcome, and thank you for your interest in StudyFy (“StudyFy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the StudyFy mobile application, website, AI tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
BY USING THE SERVICE OR CLICKING “I AGREE,” YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.

StudyFy is an AI-powered educational platform designed to help students study more effectively through personalized learning tools.
B. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, StudyFy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Copy or resell the Service
Reverse engineer the app
Attempt to extract source code
Use the Service to create competing products
Exploit the Service commercially without written permission
C. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
D. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using StudyFy, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
2. REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

4. USER CONTENT AND STUDY MATERIALS

You retain ownership of materials you upload to StudyFy, including:
Notes
PDFs
Images
Flashcards
Quiz responses
AI prompts
Study materials
However, by uploading content, you grant StudyFy a limited license to process, analyze, store, and display your content solely for operating and improving the Service.
B. AI-Generated Content
StudyFy uses artificial intelligence to generate:
Flashcards
Summaries
Quizzes
AI tutor responses
Study recommendations
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying educational content before relying on it.
StudyFy does not guarantee academic outcomes, grades, or exam performance.
C. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or share:
Illegal content
Malware or harmful code
Harassing or abusive content
Copyright-infringing materials
Content intended to disrupt the Service
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
A. Paid Subscription
StudyFy is a subscription-based service.
Subscription options may include:

Annual plans
Free trials
Promotional pricing
Prices may change in the future with appropriate notice.
B. Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed through:
Apple App Store
RevenueCat
Other supported payment providers
You authorize recurring charges associated with your selected subscription.
C. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Your device subscription settings
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments unless required by law.
D. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests for App Store purchases must generally be handled through Apple.

7. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

UI designs

Content created by StudyFy
are owned by StudyFy and/or Revent Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDYFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ACCURACY
NON-INFRINGEMENT
UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee:
Perfect AI responses
Error-free functionality
Academic success
Continuous uptime
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDYFY AND REVENT SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
LOST DATA
LOST PROFITS
ACADEMIC OUTCOMES
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
StudyFy may integrate with third-party services such as:
Apple Sign In
RevenueCat
Supabase
AI providers
Analytics platforms
We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or outages.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StudyFy, Revent Solutions LLC, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims or damages arising from:
Your misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your uploaded content
Your unlawful conduct
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

13. GOVERNING LAW

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding StudyFy, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
15. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

Change pricing
Update functionality
Modify the Service
We are not liable for modifications or discontinuation of features.
16. GENERAL TERMS
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
